  2. CWIL’s Deputy Director, Amber Hackett Crosby, discussed fixed mindset versus growth mindset as they relate to attorneys, and provided steps that each of us can take to grow our own mindsets at the State Bar of Texas Tax Section’s 2018-2019 Leadership Academy.
  3. Sunu Chandy of the National Women’s Law Center discussed current litigation, in which the NWLC has a leadership role, challenging the Trump administration’s efforts to roll back civil rights protections in education, healthcare, and the workplace.
  4. Texas Women Lawyers has hosted its Annual Meeting and CLE for more than 20 years, and put on another powerful program on March 3, 2017 at SMU Dedman School of Law.
  5. A panel featuring prominent women attorneys discussed the intersectionality of gender and race in the legal profession.
