This Perspectives Series addressed issues facing the legal profession and society. Attorney David Gerger and Ashlee Martin, with Cheryl Scarboro as the moderator, discussed the acquittal they obtained on behalf of Mark Forkner, a former Boeing pilot who faced charges in connection with manipulating and deceiving federal regulators in connection with the Boeing 737 Max passenger jets.

This Perspectives series panel discussion addressed how women can rejoin the workforce after an extended “gap” in their professional timeline. This virtual event was presented in partnership with Mother Attorney Mentoring Association (MAMAs) of Austin.
