Elena Kohn- After graduating from University College London and Stetson University College of Law (both with honors), Elena has been focusing her entire legal career in the healthcare space, having worked for BigLaw and in-house. She understands the challenges businesses face when navigating the ever-changing healthcare regulatory landscape. At AdventHealth, Elena is responsible for advice and counsel to AdventHealth Medical Group in the West Florida Division of the company in connection with healthcare legal issues, including physician contracts, practice acquisitions, corporate matters, and federal and state law. She has two children and loves fine-tuning her debate skills with her young daughter. For an extra challenge, she takes on her teenage son –and sometimes wins.

Talar Herculian Coursey is a lawyer by day and a philanthropist by night. Talar has served as General Counsel for Vista Ford Lincoln in Woodland Hills and Oxnard, California since 2011. Before that, she was a file clerk, associate and partner at the national labor and employment law firm Fisher Phillips LLP. Talar is a co-author of the Amazon bestselling books#Networkedand Women In Lawand also the author of thechildren’s book, Ralphy’s Rules for Living the Good Lifewith the next book coming out Summer 2023(all profits going to charities). Talar has served asthe president of the Salt Lake City Chapter for the Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief (“SOAR”) since 2015. SOAR, founded in 2005, supports orphanages in Syria, Lebanon and Armenia. To date, Talar has raised over $100,000 for the orphanages in Lebanon in memory of her father, Mardig Herculian. Talar wrote Ralphy’s Rulesfor Living the Good Lifeto raise money for SOAR.
