Elisa Santana

Elisa Santana, a graduate of Northwestern University, is pursuing a Masters in Global Policy Studies from the LBJ School of Public Affairs. Previously, she spent 16 months in Germany researching migration policy as a recipient of the German Chancellor Fellowship. Before moving to Germany, Elisa spent four years in Washington as a key staffer to Congressman Lloyd Doggett. She handled immigration, homeland security, human rights, civil liberties, and LGBT issues.
