Students will assist (aka “DREAMers”) seeking to apply for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status. Students can sign up to serve as application process guides or as translators. Students who serve as application process guides will conduct an initial screen for DACA eligibility and assist individuals in completing their DACA applications. Students who serve as translators will help translate for DACA clinic clients. Individuals with DACA status are eligible to receive a work permit and have temporary administrative relief from deportation.
