Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Renewals Clinic with Texas Here to Stay

Students will help undocumented students and graduates (aka “DREAMers”) complete applications to renew their Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status. DACA renewal will extend their protection from deportation, as well as authorization to work legally, for a period of two years. While the government is not accepting new applications for the DACA program, it continues to accept DACA renewal applications pursuant to a court order.
