Students will assist individuals with driver license holds related to unpaid criminal justice debt. At the work session, students will assemble information packets for clinic participants and will determine their eligibility for services. At the clinic, students will meet with participants to help them navigate the driver license reclamation process, complete financial affidavits, and prepare them for an indigency hearing at an on-site Austin Municipal Court docket.
