Students will help individuals and families at a clinic offering a variety of legal services to undocumented persons. Students will screen undocumented people for potential bases for immigration relief, help undocumented students and graduates (aka “DREAMers”) complete applications to renew their Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status, or help immigrant parents prepare powers of attorney and other documents to provide for the care of their children in the event of the parents’ arrest by immigration agents and/or deportation.
Organization
