Students will research and organize basic information about qualification for disability benefits and the accommodation of employees with COVID under applicable disability laws, to be used in providing general resources to patients with COVID by Dell Medical in its Medical Legal Partnership with INCLUDE.

INCLUDE enables students to provide free legal services to persons with disabilities and their families. INCLUDE is an internal project of the Richard and Ginni Mithoff Pro Bono Program, in partnership with the William Wayne Justice Center for Public Interest Law.
