Law students will help University of Texas student entrepreneurs prepare and file paperwork to create LLC entities. Law students, with the help of volunteer attorneys, also will answer questions about early-stage business entity choice and provide post-formation information to newly-formed LLCs.

Longhorn Startup Project
The Longhorn Startup Project is a student-led internal project of the Richard and Ginni Mithoff Pro Bono Program created to provide hands-on experience for students interested in working with emerging businesses or who plan to pursue a career in business law. The Longhorn Startup Project offers student-run startups legal information and assistance they need but cannot afford. The Project aims to provide student entrepreneurs the information and documents necessary to operate a small business, raise money, and protect themselves from liability.
