Law students will create and present an educational slideshow about company formation and entity choice for University of Texas student entrepreneurs. Law students, with the help of volunteer attorneys, also will answer questions from the entrepreneurs about early-stage business concerns.

Longhorn Startup Project
The Longhorn Startup Project is a student-led internal project of the Richard and Ginni Mithoff Pro Bono Program created to provide hands-on experience for students interested in working with emerging businesses or who plan to pursue a career in business law. The Longhorn Startup Project offers student-run startups legal information and assistance they need but cannot afford. The Project aims to provide student entrepreneurs the information and documents necessary to operate a small business, raise money, and protect themselves from liability.
