Civil Rights Practice Internship with Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund

Students will work with MALDEF lawyers for a week over winter break. Students will conduct client intake interviews, perform legal research and draft legal memoranda, attend depositions and court hearings, assess legislation and public policy initiatives, and provide litigation support to the vice president of litigation and staff attorneys.
