Mitigation and Defense Counsel Standards Project with Lone Star Justice Alliance

Students will work with LSJA lawyers for a week over winter break. Students will prepare a bibliography of Texas-specific case law regarding the standard of care for juvenile defenders and of case law defining mitigation. The bibliography will be published on LSJA’s bit.ai page.
