Tenant Protection Project with Texas Law Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic

Student will research best practices in tenant relocation ordinances to protect low-income tenants who are being displaced from their apartments, by locating and analyzing tenant relocation ordinances in other cities around the country. This research will assist the Clinic with a project for a local nonprofit, the Texas Low Income Housing Information Services. The project is time-sensitive with a requested due date of Friday, October 23 because the Austin City Council will be considering this issue in a few weeks.
