Texas Law Family Preparedness Project with Mithoff Pro Bono Program

Students will help immigrant parents prepare powers of attorney and other documents to provide for the care of their children in the event of the parents’ arrest by immigration agents and/or deportation. Students also may assist families with other tasks related to planning for potential family separation.
