Trans Name and Gender Marker Project Work Session

Students will use information and documents provided at the TNGMP intake clinic to draft petition and court order packets for name and/or gender marker changes. The petitions are essential in the pursuit of a court order authorizing a name and/or gender marker change, and in the subsequent processes of amending the applicant’s birth certificate, driver’s license, and other basic forms of identification.
