Trial Testimony Review and Summary with the Texas Law Capital Punishment Clinic

Student will obtain trial testimony in a death penalty case from the Court of Criminal Appeals and summarize the testimony for post-conviction counsel.

Capital Punishment Clinic

Through the Capital Punishment Clinic, students work closely with experienced attorneys in the representation of indigent defendants charged with or convicted of capital offenses. The death penalty cases are at the trial, appellate, and post-conviction stages of litigation.
