Center for Women in Law Founding Member Yvonne Puig was featured in Law360’s Female Powerbrokers Q&A: Norton Rose’s Yvonne Puig. In the article, Yvonne discusses her experience rising through the ranks and the challenges of occupying a senior level position in law.
In addition, Yvonne recommends action that law firms should take to increase the number of women in leadership positions. According to Yvonne, increasing the visibility of women who already hold such positions will show a commitment to gender equity and encourage young women lawyers to pursue high-ranking roles themselves.
