Join Our Lawyer Support Network

The project maintains a network of lawyers who are willing to provide criminal defense or other legal support to ensure quality representation for people prosecuted for pregnancy outcomes or abortion in Texas. Fill out this form to be added to our network.

Request a Presentation

We offer Continuing Legal Education (CLE) covering the important statutory provisions and current case law to dispel misinformation and disinformation that exists, as well as information about Texas prosecutions we are tracking. We also offer presentations for other groups, such as healthcare providers, advocates, law students, medical students, and members of the public. Fill out this form to request a presentation for your group.

Submit a Criminal Case to our Tracking Study

We are part of a national study tracking all prosecutions related to pregnancy. If you have represented someone in the past or are currently representing someone charged with a pregnancy-related crime, please email us at ReproductiveJustice@law.utexas.edu. For more information and to submit cases directly to the study, visit https://trackingpregnancyprosecutions.org.
