Benjamin Danlos

Benjamin Danlos is currently the Justice attaché/Magistrat de liaison at the French embassy in Moscow, Russia. He works on criminal, commercial and civil mutual legal assistance cases and advises the ambassador on legal issues.

Previously, he was successively deputy to the district Attorney in Perpignan (2009-2013), seconded judge to the Registrar of the European court of Human rights (2013-2015), advisor to the French Minister of Justice Christiane Taubira (2015-2016) and Head of the international cooperation office of the French Ministry of Justice (2016-2017).

He has extended experience in Human rights, criminal law and criminal procedure, international cooperation, justice administration and management, and comparative law.

Benjamin earned his LL.M. from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009.
