Chris Marshall is an MD Anderson Fellow at the World Bank in Washington, D.C., where he works on the Middle East and Africa team.  In 2017, Chris graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with a J.D. and the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs with a Master in Global Policy Studies with a specialization in global governance and international law.  Prior to graduation, Chris spent his summers working at Centurion LLP, a pan-African law firm based in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea; the U.N. International Labour Organisation in Geneva, Switzerland; the Texas Attorney General in the General Litigation Division; and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas with Magistrate Judge Mark Lane.  Chris was also a Managing Editor for the Texas International Law Journal.
