Filimone Tuivanualevu

Filimone Tuivanualevu is the 2018-2019 Research Fellow in the Institute for Transnational Law. Filimone is a Fulbright Scholar from Fiji pursuing an LL.M. in Global Energy, International Arbitration, and Environmental Law at The University of Texas School of Law. His research interests include International Environmental Law with special emphasis on Climate Change, Ocean Law, and International Law. Filimone's aspires to become one of Fiji's first International Environmental Law experts and also to work in the Climate Change Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation. Prior to starting the LL.M. Program, Filimone worked as an environmental law intern in a law firm in Fiji. He earned his LL.B. from the University of the South Pacific.
