Kenza Margaoui is Legal Vice President and Head of Corporate, Finance, and IPT at OCP in Morocco (2012-present). Her specialties include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law.
She was an associate at Reed Smith LLP (2011-2012), at Simmons & Simmons (2007-2011), and at Shearman & Sterling (2006-2007).
She earned an LL.M. from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004.
