2019-2020 MD Anderson Postgraduate Fellowship in Transnational Law Presentation: A Year in The Hague for New Texas Law J.D. Graduate

On March 14, 2019, the Institute for Transnational Law will host a presentation by Brooks Daly, the Deputy Secretary-General & Principal Legal Counsel of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), on the 2019-2020 MD Anderson Postgraduate Fellowship in Transnational Law. The present one-year fellowship being offered funds full-time work at the PCA in The Hague. Established in 1899 to facilitate arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution between states, the PCA has developed into a modern, multi-faceted arbitral institution perfectly situated to meet the evolving dispute resolution needs of the international community. In addition to discussing the mission and vision of the PCA, Mr. Daly will also talk about the scope and purpose of the postgraduate fellowship in greater detail and answer applicant questions.
