Former MD Anderson Research Fellow Wins First Case on Child Corporal Punishment at UN CRC

Former MD Anderson Research Fellow Anna Arganashvili (LL.M. ’20) and her colleague won the first case on child corporal punishment at the UN CRC (United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child). The unedited version of the UN CRC decision is available United Nations website.
