Sandra Garcia

Sandra Garcia serves as the program manager for the First Amendment Center and the Law and Religion Clinic at Texas Law. Prior to joining Texas, she held the position of Administrative Manager for the Office of Academic Affairs at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York and Director of the Office of Scholarships at the University of Texas at El Paso. She holds a BA in Writing and Rhetoric from St. Edward’s University and an MA in Writing and Rhetoric Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso.
