Tyler Dobbs is an associate at the appellate litigation boutique Consovoy McCarthy. He graduated from Harvard College and received a master’s degree in Classics from Oxford. He then returned to Harvard for law school, where he served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review, worked for the Harvard Religious Freedom Clinic, and received the Dean’s Scholar Prize for best performance in Federal Courts. Tyler graduated magna cum laude from HLS in 2022. After law school, he moved to Dallas to clerk for Judge James Ho on the Fifth Circuit. He then clerked for Judge Thomas Hardiman on the Third Circuit in Pennsylvania. Tyler now lives and works in the D.C. area. His first full-length law review article, a paper on the Erie doctrine, is forthcoming in the Notre Dame Law Review.
