Undergraduate Liaisons

Zac Krause is a fourth-year student at the University of Texas at Austin in the Liberal Arts Honors program with majors in Economics and Government. Zac was a Co Founder of the organization Texas Political Consulting and he is a writer for the Texas Undergraduate Law Journal. Off Campus, Zac also works in the office of the Texas Secretary of State as an Election Law Fellow, a position created uniquely for him, and he volunteers for kids in the child welfare system through CASA of Travis County. He is interested in all things litigation and legislation and plans to attend law school after graduating.

McKay Lawless is a third-year student at the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Plan II Honors and Government. She is interested in Constitutional Law—especially Media Law and the intersection of religion and politics. McKay contributes to TERRAIN, a Christian academic journal, volunteers at KIPP public schools, and is a member of Ignite Texas. In her free time, she enjoys auditioning for short films, reading op-eds, and sharing insights from her recent study-abroad experience in Vienna, Austria.

Samantha Tonini is a senior at the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in History and Sociology with a minor in American Sign Language. She is a member of the Liberal Arts Honors Program and is currently completing a History Honors Thesis on the lived experiences of American atheists during the Cold War. Sam serves as Head Online Writer for the Texas Undergraduate Law Journal and works as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Center for Teaching and Learning. Outside of academics, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her nieces and nephew.
