Colleen Mulholland
Colleen Mulholland is a compliance investigator with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. She previously served as a Title IX staff attorney with the Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center, which is based in Denver, Colorado. Immediately after graduating from law school, Colleen began work at the Equal Justice Center as a post-graduate fellow helping undocumented immigrant parents and youth apply for deferred action status and navigate employment law challenges. She continued with the EJC as a staff attorney in the San Antonio office.
At Texas Law, Colleen participated in the Immigration Clinic, Human Rights Clinic, and Children’s Rights Clinic, and served as a Society mentor and Pro Bono Scholar with the Mithoff Pro Bono Program. She interned with the Travis County District Attorney’s Office, and worked with Lawyers Without Borders in New Haven, Connecticut and the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies in San Francisco.
