Keegan Warren is executive director of the Texas A&M University Institute for Healthcare Access in Fort Worth, Texas. The institute, a collaboration between the Texas A&M Health Science Center, medical school, and law school, will lead interdisciplinary health policy research, help advance interdisciplinary and interprofessional education, and create innovative clinical and community partnerships across Texas A&M to expand health care access and improve health in Texas and across the nation.

Previously, Keegan was director of the Austin Medical-Legal Partnership, which she developed as an Equal Justice Works Fellow with Texas Legal Services Center. Through the Austin MLP, Keegan worked with health care providers to improve health outcomes through legal assistance and education, and law-informed clinical practice transformation. She was also an adjunct professor at Texas Law and the McCombs School of Business.

At Texas Law, Keegan participated in the Immigration Clinic and worked at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid and Texas Legal Services Center. In addition to her law degree, she earned an LL.M. in Health Law and Policy from Southern Illinois University School of Law.
