Luke Freedman
Luke Freedman is an attorney in the Honors Program of California Office of the Attorney General’s Civil Rights Enforcement Section in Los Angeles.
At Texas Law, Luke was a member of the Justice Center’s student advisory board, a board member of the Public Interest Law Association, and helped organize Change It Up! 2021. He served as Pro Bono Scholar for Mithoff Pro Bono Program’s driver’s license recovery project, and participated in the Capital Punishment Clinic and the Actual Innocence Clinic.
Luke spent the summer after his 1L year working with the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights in Washington, D.C., and with the State of New Mexico Law Offices of the Public Defender in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He spent the summer after his 2L year working for the Texas Civil Rights Project in Austin.
