Paul DiBlasi

Paul Di Blasi is the Managing Attorney, Housing with the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center, in Washington, D.C. Previously, he was the Director of Clinical Education and a supervising attorney with the Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic at Rising for Justice in Washington, D.C. After graduating from law school, he represented low-income tenants, consumers, and workers as a staff attorney at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid in South Texas and later represented low-income tenants as a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia.

At Texas Law, Paul participated in the National Security and Human Rights Clinic, the Transnational Workers Rights Clinic, and the Housing Clinic, and served as co-chair of the Human Rights Law Society and as a board member of Texas Law Fellowships. As a Public Service Scholar with the Justice Center, he helped lead a winter break pro bono trip to the Mississippi coast. In the summers, he worked for the Texas Civil Rights Project in San Juan, Texas, and the Public Justice Center in Washington, D.C.
