Ruth Rosenthal

After graduating from law school, Ruth Rosenthal spent several years working as a trial attorney with the Colorado State Public Defender. She is now a senior associate with the Pew Charitable Trusts in Washington, D.C., where she focuses on criminal justice reform.

At Texas Law, Ruth participated in the Capital Punishment Clinic and the Immigration Clinic, and was president of OUTLaw. She worked for Advocacy, Inc., the Travis County Mental Health Public Defender, the Southern Center for Human Rights, and the Southern Public Defender Training Center.
