Travis is a fellow at National Redistricting Foundation. His fellowship focuses on administrative and policy advocacy, litigation, and technical assistance to support minority communities experiencing demographic change through two interconnected legal processes: the 2030 Census and redistricting. His work is supported by the Manne Family Fellowship in Public Interest Law.
At Texas Law, Travis participated in the Civil Rights Clinic. His summers after 1L and 2L included internships at the National Redistricting Foundation and the Brennan Center for Justice’s Democracy Program.
