LL.M. Class of 2018 Sends Two Teams to 7th LL.M. International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition

This spring, our LL.M. class of 2018 sent two teams to the 7th LL.M. International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition at American University Washington College of Law. Both teams did admirably, having spent hours upon hours preparing the research, written memorandum, and oral arguments on a complex international arbitration problem. We are proud to announce that Team II, composed of Andreas Hallbeck, Vatsal Kishore, Isaac Budnik Villarreal, and Danlei Wang, was the overall Finalist in the national competition! Additionally, Andreas Hallbeck was awarded an Honorable Mention for Best Oralist. This is the third year that The University of Texas at Austin School of Law has sent teams to the competition, and we eagerly await another successful competition next year!
