Jacqueline Morales
At Texas Law, Jacqueline Morales was chief programming editor of the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law & Policy, wellness director for Law Students for Black Lives, and a member of the Chicano/Hispanic Law Students Association and the Public Interest Law Association. She also volunteered for a variety of projects with the Mithoff Pro Bono Program, including Pro Bono in January, the Gender Affirmation Project, DACA renewal clinics, the SPEAK special education project, pro se asylum clinics, and the Expunction Project. She participated in the Immigration Clinic and Children’s Rights Clinic and spent her summers working with Judge Ignacio Torteya III of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and American Gateways in Austin. She also interned with the Travis County Public Defender’s Office.
