Loraine Hoane

Loraine Hoane worked as a staff attorney in Texas RioGrande Legal Aid's Austin office doing environmental justice and community development work. Immediately after graduating from Texas Law, she worked with TRLA on a project focused on ensuring that low-income Texans have access to clean, safe drinking water under the federal Safe Drinking Water Act. Her work was funded by a G. Rollie White Trust Fellowship in Public Interest Law.
At Texas Law, Hoane was a member of the Environmental Law Society and participated in the Environmental Clinic. She interned with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid in Austin and Earthjustice in Denver.
