Judge William Wayne Justice Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Law

The Judge William Wayne Justice Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Law is awarded annually to a third-year law student of scholastic merit who evidences a commitment to promoting civil rights and civil liberties in the United States. The class of 2025 scholarship, in the amount of $3,000, will be awarded in December 2024. The scholarship is funded by a gift from Elizabeth Parrish.

Scholastic merit includes the student’s academic record and leadership in and outside of the Law School. Financial need is considered when choosing between equally meritorious candidates.

Application Information

Class of 2025 applications are due by 11:59pm CT on Monday, December 2, 2024. Apply using the online application link to this page.

The class of 2025 scholars will be announced by Friday, December 13.

The scholarship is open to full-time law students who plan to graduate in May or August 2025.
