Demanjuk v. Petrovsky.  This is the oral argument on the initial 6th Circuit hearing of the case.  Ed Marek, the Federal Defender of the N.D. Ohio, is the other arguer for Demjanjuk.  Patty Merkamp Stemler represented DOJ.   There is a cascade of opinions from the later proceedings.  See, e.g., 10 F.3d 338 (6th Cir. 1993).  Stories about events in the case are in Fighting Injustice.
