The Terry Nichols Case

Excerpt from an interview with Michael Tigar in Austin, Texas on August 1-2, 2016.

In this clip, Tigar explains how he came to represent Terry Nichols and describes the first major moments in the case. Nichols is currently serving life in prison for his involvement in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. Tigar’s role as Nichols’ defense attorney most likely influenced the judge’s decision to reduce Nichols’ sentence from the death penalty to life in prison.
