Paul Touvier and the Crime Against Humanity

Michael Tigar’s Notes:

Paul Touvier and the Crime Against Humanity, 30 Tex. Int’l L. J. 286 (1995) [with Casey, Giordani & Mardemootoo]. This essay deals with a particular trial in France for crimes against humanity, in the larger context of accountability for Nazi crimes. I have added a postscript about the trial of Maurice Papon, written for my Criminal Law class at Duke, and the basis for lectures at the law school in Aix-en-Provence.
