Inaugural Sissy Farenthold Endowed Lecture: “Spiraling Down: Human Rights, Endless War” by Mark Danner

The inaugural Frances Tarlton “Sissy” Farenthold Endowed Lecture Series in Peace, Social Justice and Human Rights featured writer, journalist, and professor Mark Danner. His talk, presented in partnership with Houston’s Rothko Chapel, was entitled “Spiraling Down: Human Rights, Endless War.” It was made possible by the generous support of the Creekmore and Adele Fath Charitable Foundation, with additional support from the Department of English and the School of Law at the University of Texas at Austin.
