Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution

Building Collaboration

The Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution has a breadth of resources available to individuals interested in alternative dispute resolution. The Center publishes a Public Resource Series of ADR manuals for public use. As part of this series the Center publishes a Legislative Report following each Texas legislative session which examines relevant ADR bills that were introduced during the session.

Other resources available through the Center include Texas ADR statutes, ADR model guidelines for state agencies, case studies for establishing ADR systems, and an ADR network of organizations.
