Conflict Dynamics Profile®
We also use the Conflict Dynamics Profile® to recognize and effectively manage workplace conflict behaviors. The CDP is an online instrument that assesses conflict behaviors in the workplace, increases self-awareness of conflict triggers (hot buttons) and provides alternative approaches for more effective conflict resolution. As part of this service, each employee will receive an individualized feedback report and review session with a certified facilitator. The CDP can be used alone to either coach individual employees or workgroups or in conjunction with a customized training program for your organization.
