Amy Johnson is a rising third-year law student at the University of Iowa College of Law. She graduated in 2022 with a B.A. in Ethics & Public Policy, Human Rights, and Philosophy from the University of Iowa. Before attending law school, Amy worked as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Johnson County and volunteered for four years as an advocate for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence at the Domestic Violence Intervention Program. As a law student, she is the Senior Note and Comment Editor of the Journal of Gender, Race and Justice and is an active participant of If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice, Pro-Bono Society, and The Iowa Student Health Law Association.
