Anahita Farishta is a 2L at the University of Texas School of Law and grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas. She is passionate about reproductive justice, racial justice, and civil rights, and has a background in grassroots reproductive justice organizing. In 2026, she interned for the ACLU of Southern California's Gender, Sexuality, and Reproductive Justice team where she worked on novel legal issues and supported the organization's litigation efforts. She was also selected as a 2026 Equal Justice Works Regional Public Interest Scholar. In her free time, she likes to run, hang out with dogs, and try local Austin cuisine.
