I was born in India and grew up across the United States, Singapore, and Taiwan, which sparked a lifelong interest in studying global networks and institutions. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin, where I majored in Economics and History. My undergraduate dissertation focused on whether state-level equal rights amendments showed any discernible change in various economic markers for women between the 1960 and 1970 census. After graduating from UT, I worked as a consultant for Oracle for a year before receiving my graduate degree in Theory and History of International Relations from the London School of Economics. My graduate dissertation focused on historicizing ICTY's approach to criminalization mass sexual violence. As a law student, my coursework and scholarship has focused on cross-border legal regimes. I will be a summer associate with Latham and Watkins in London working in US Capital Markets this upcoming summer.
