Apurva Gunturu (BA 2021, JD 2024, The University of Texas at Austin) spent her 1L summer as a Peggy Browning Fellow with the Global Labor Justice/International Labor Rights Forum, an organization that holds global corporations accountable for workers’ rights along supply chains and migration corridors. Prior to law school, Apurva was selected for a 2021 Fulbright scholarship in South Korea. She also conducted archival and participatory research work with South Asian American communities in Texas, and interned at the Equal Justice Center in Austin. After law school, Apurva hopes to continue working with local communities through labor and employment law.
