Dan Danielsen

Dan Danielsen is Professor of Law and Faculty Director of the Corporation, Law and Global Society program at the Northeastern University School of Law. He teaches on corporations, law and development, international business regulation, international law, and conflict of laws. His research explores the complex role of the business firm in global governance. Danielsen is the author of numerous publications including The Role of Law in Global Value Chains: A Research Manifesto (2016) and International Law and Economics: Letting go of ‘the Normal’ in Pursuit of an Ever-Elusive ‘Real’ (2016). He was formerly executive vice president and general counsel of Europe Online Networks S.A. Dr. Danielsen holds a BA in English Literature from the University of California – Los Angeles and a JD from Harvard University.
