Guillermo Pérez is a PhD Student in the Department of Government and a Senior Research Analyst in the Comparative Constitutions Project. He is a Chilean lawyer and researcher, obtaining his JD in 2015, and since then working as a researcher and lecturer in different think tanks, research centers, and universities in Chile. His research interests are comparative constitutional law, constitutional design, and Latin American politics.
